Early Life
Noah Motto was raised in the coastal community of Ormond Beach, Florida, a town celebrated for its natural beauty and vibrant culture. From a young age, he developed a passion for outdoor activities and a strong sense of community involvement. At Seabreeze High School, he excelled in football and soccer, earning recognition for his athletic performance on the varsity football team.
Beyond sports, Noah’s early years were marked by a commitment to service. He participated in mission trips with Salty Church, traveling to Costa Rica to assist local communities. Additionally, he founded a fundraising initiative called Kicking for Cancer, raising over $1,000 for the American Cancer Society. These formative experiences instilled in him a deep appreciation for helping others and giving back.
Noah attended Florida International University (FIU) in Miami as a Division 1 football team kicker. Despite the demands of athletics, he maintained a 3.4 GPA and earned a place on the Dean’s List. Eventually, he returned to his hometown to focus on his academic and career aspirations in accounting.
Education
In 2018, Noah enrolled at the University of North Florida, pursuing a degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. During this time, he worked full-time as a Sales Apprentice at Discount Tire, gaining valuable insights into customer service and operational efficiency.
While completing his undergraduate studies, Noah secured an internship in the tax department at James Moore & Company. This experience solidified his decision to pursue a career in accounting. He graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and completed an MBA in Accounting. Demonstrating remarkable focus, he passed the CPA examination in just six months, becoming a licensed CPA in Florida by 2024.
Career
Noah Motto has consistently advanced in his career at James Moore & Company, achieving significant milestones. Starting as an Intern Tax Accountant, he quickly moved into Staff Tax Accountant and Senior Accountant roles. In these positions, he gained extensive experience in business formation, tax planning, LLC filings, and mergers and acquisitions. His expertise in financial consulting has been instrumental in helping clients navigate complex tax and business challenges.
